Hi, I’m Nicolas Lam, the founder of Fighting S.A.D. My inspiration comes from witnessing how many young adults struggle with anxiety, depression, and loneliness—and how difficult it can be for parents to understand these feelings. I’ve experienced these struggles myself and know what it feels like to face them alone. That’s why I created Fighting S.A.D.—to provide a safe and supportive space where people can find connection, understanding, and hope as they navigate life’s challenges.
At Fighting S.A.D., my work is driven by empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping individuals thrive. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. My mission and purpose are clear: to help others and, if possible, save a life.
