Information we collect

We collect account identifiers, email address, display name, date of birth, role, time zone, booking and payment status, messages sent through the app, safety reports, device and security records, and information you choose to add to a profile.

Additional guide information

Connection Guide applicants provide a legal name, date of birth, state, public display name, profile information, professional history, notification preferences, and payout-verification status. Identity documents, Social Security information, and bank details should be collected and processed by our payment and identity provider rather than stored directly by Fighting S.A.D..

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, confirm adults-only eligibility, operate bookings and communications, process payments and guide payouts, review applications and media, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce policies, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, payments, identity verification, notifications, security, and customer support. Guide notification contact details are not displayed to clients. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies to keep accounts secure and remember preferences. Limited analytics may be used to understand site performance and improve the service. Where required, optional cookies will not be used without consent.

Messages

Messages sent inside Fighting S.A.D. are stored so participants can access the conversation and so reports can be investigated. Do not send financial credentials, government identification, or other highly sensitive information in messages.

Guest messages

You can use Messages+ without an account by providing your name and phone number and confirming that you are 18 or older. Your chosen guide and the owner can access these details and the conversation for replies, related follow-up, and safety review. Names and phone numbers are self-reported, not verified identities. Guest messages do not enroll you in marketing or automatic text notifications.

An essential, secure browser cookie grants access to your guest conversations for up to 30 days. Ending the guest session revokes that access; it does not erase messages already received by a guide. Clearing cookies or switching browsers also removes access. We do not restore conversations based on a name or phone number alone. Guest messages and contact details are retained for support and safety review. Contact support@fightingsad.com to request access, correction, or deletion.

Retention and deletion

Account information is retained while the account is active. You can request deletion in the app. We may retain limited booking, transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, consent, and safety records when legally required or reasonably necessary.

Your choices

You may update profile information, change notification preferences, report concerns, withdraw optional consent, or request account deletion. Email support@fightingsad.com for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.

Security

We use managed authentication, encrypted network connections, restricted server-side authorization, provider-hosted identity verification, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and users should protect their email accounts and devices.

US launch

The initial service is intended for adults in the United States. This policy will be updated before expansion to additional jurisdictions.
