THE STANDARD IS SIMPLE

Safety & Community Guidelines

Be honest. Respect boundaries. Protect privacy.

Accept “no” immediately. Support can be warm and personal, but it must remain respectful, appropriate, and within the guide’s stated boundaries.

Never permitted

In-person support

All approved in-person sessions must occur in an agreed-upon safe public place. Private residences, hotel rooms, vehicles, and undisclosed location changes are prohibited.

A guide may end a session immediately if they feel unsafe or if a member violates a boundary. No refund is owed when a session is ended because of serious misconduct.

Scope of support

Guides provide peer listening, encouragement, perspective, and accountability. They do not diagnose, prescribe, provide therapy, or act as emergency responders through a Fighting S.A.D. booking. A verified qualification belongs to the individual guide and does not convert the platform or booking into clinical care.

Reporting

Reports are reviewed privately. Fighting S.A.D. may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an account depending on the circumstances.

Emergencies

Fighting S.A.D. is not an emergency, medical, mental-health, or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately.

Contact

For safety concerns, contact support@fightingsad.com. Include the account name, booking or message context, and enough detail for the team to investigate.
